We have moved!! We are now located in beautiful Colfax, CA.

             We make a delicious and unique line of gourmet jams and jellies, using all of our own recipes and techniques. Our best selling flavors are our pepper jellies. They are the perfect blend of sweet and spicy. All of you apple pie lovers out there, be sure to try Apple Preserves, it’s our original flavor and it tastes just like fresh apple pie. Many new and wonderful flavors, such as garlic jelly, are being created all of the time. Just in time for spring, our delicious flavors are the perfect compliment for all of your parties and barbeques. Text Box: Recipe Ideas Our jams & jellies are a great addition for so many recipes. Below are just a few different ideas, the possibilities are endless and new ones are being added all of the time. If you have a recipe that you have created and want to share, just email it to me and I’ll add it to the postings. ~For a quick, easy, and delicious dessert: fill individual size pie crusts, or phyllo dough with your favorite flavor jam and bake at 350 until crust is done and filling has heated through. ~Quick dip: mix together cream cheese or sour cream and your favorite flavor jelly. Serve with crackers or veggies. ~Festive hors d’oeuvres: spread cream cheese over club or wheat crackers and top with your favorite Pepper Jelly. ~Salad dressing: combine Strawberry-Jalapeno Jam (or your favorite flavor) with either balsamic or wine vinegar till desired consistency and flavor is achieved. ~Tasty pork chops: combine Apple Preserves, sage, salt (optional), and onion in pan, cook until onion is tender and mixture has reduced. Spread over grilled pork chops. ~Brush Rosemary Garlic or Garlic Jelly on meats during the last few minutes of grilling. ~Spread on leftover turkey sandwiches for a quick pick-me-up of flavor. ~Blend with vanilla ice cream for a fantastic treat. ~Jazz up your morning oatmeal with a scoop of your favorite flavor, Apple Preserves on oatmeal is standard at our house. ~I have even been told by one customer that her husband used up a whole jar of Jalapeno Jelly by spreading it on top of his favorite pizza.
